Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility
Items eligible for return or exchange must be in their original condition, either new or gently used. Products should match the state in which they were received and, if applicable, be in their original packaging. Returns or exchanges for items damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
Timeframe
Requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange request.
Return Shipping

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the product you ordered, we take full responsibility. A return shipping label will be provided, and all associated costs will be covered by us. Customers may choose either a refund or a free exchange. -
For Change of Mind or Incorrect Size
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. It is the customer’s duty to arrange the return shipping. Upon receipt of the item in its original condition, we will process the refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping labels will not be provided for these cases.
Refund Approval
Once your return is approved, the full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, will be processed promptly. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of approval.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
