Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.

Delivery Area

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

• After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been successfully received and is being processed.
• Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number on our Order Tracking Page to monitor your package.
• For any tracking issues, such as invalid updates or delays, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes

• Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (GMT+5) are processed the same business day.
• Processing Time: Typically takes 10 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Delivery Time: Once processed, orders are delivered within 5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: Applies to orders totaling over $300.
• Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $300 incur a shipping fee of $18.

Rush Order Option

Need your order sooner? Select our Rush Order option on the product page for an additional $25. This guarantees delivery within 8-10 days, which includes:

• Processing Time: 3–5 business days.
• Transit Time: 5 business days.

Delayed Delivery

If your package hasn’t arrived after the standard processing and delivery timeframe, allow an additional 2 days for potential delays. Use your tracking code to check the status. If your package is still delayed, contact our Customer Service Team with your order number for further support.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Visit our Return & Exchange Policy page for detailed instructions on eligibility and return procedures. Please note that items damaged post-delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
